Warranty terms

OzX Corp manages all warranty claims directly. The following limited warranty terms apply when the product is installed and operated correctly.

What warranty covers

Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the inverter, battery, and DC-DC charger units when installed and operated in accordance with the owner's manual.

What warranty does not cover

• Damage caused by physical impact or vibration from improper mounting
• Water ingress where the unit has not been correctly protected
• Incorrect installation not in accordance with Australian and New Zealand Standards
• Failure resulting from incorrect fusing or electrical sub-system fitment
• Premature battery degradation from not following operating instructions
• Use inconsistent with the purpose of the product
• Removal or defacing of product serial numbers

How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact OzX Corp support directly using the contact details below.
2. Have your battery serial number (on the chassis label) and inverter serial number (right-hand side of inverter unit) ready.
3. Describe the fault and what troubleshooting has been carried out.
4. OzX Corp will conduct a remote or on-site diagnostic assessment before authorising any replacement.
5. Where a fault is confirmed under warranty, OzX Corp will arrange repair or replacement including freight coordination where the customer is travelling.

Important — serial numbers

Never remove or deface OzX Corp product serial numbers. Important technical information required for service, maintenance, and warranty assessment is derived from these numbers.

Maintenance schedule reminder

Failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions in the owner's manual may result in reduced system performance and may void the product warranty. Key maintenance intervals: air intake filters every 3 months, solar panels every 3 months, cable connections every 6 months, battery bolts every 6 months, emergency sounder battery every 6 months.
